I used to go to the gym but now between work, the blog and an Online Marketing course that I’m doing I literally have no time left…so I decided to try one of this promising 10 minute solution dvd’s that a lot of people is talking about and now I know why…is just absolutely amazing! it really works!
If you have a busy schedule but still want to do exercise (as much as you can) this dvd is just the perfect solution.
You will find millions of this 10 minute solution but after trying a few I definitely recommend you this one, at least is the one I like the most.
This dvd in particular focus in Pilates and is divided into 5 different routines:
- Pilates perfect arms.
- Pilates perfect belly.
- Pilates perfect buns & thighs.
- Pilates perfect silhouette.
- Pilates perfect stretch.
If I don’t have much time I’d choose the perfect silhouette routine because is focus is the whole body and not just one area, but I normally end doing two routines (which is just 20 minutes) so I will combine it with perfect belly and during the weekend I try to combine the 5 of them for a complete 50 minutes routine.
The good thing of this dvd is that you can customise your own workout by programming the routines in the order that you want.
The exercises are easy to follow and as the 10 minutes pass so quick you always end up doing another one because the difficult part is to start , but once you are in the mood you want to continue.
If you prefer to focus in one part of your body only, there are many different dvd’s like “Blast off belly fast”, which the idea is the same, 10 minutes work out split in 5 different routines, but on this case the work out is focus just on the belly.
