Lately I’m kind of obsess with Beauty Boxes, not really long ago I was telling you all about the best ones out there here in the UK on a post (Beauty Box, Have you chosen yours ?) .
At the moment I’m subscribed to My Little Box and I have also tried Latest in Beauty (the good thing of this one is that you don’t need to subscribe, so you can decide which box you’d like to get) so I decided to try Birchbox ,as I heard a lot about it, and give it a go.
You can either subscribe for 6 month at £50 (plus £2,95 delivery each month), for a year at £90 (plus £2,95 delivery each month) or just do what I did, if you just want to try it first, and order just one Box for £10 plus £2,95 delivery (but keep in mind that if you order just one box it will automatically subscribed you and you will need to unsubscribe manually, in case you don’t like it).
In the box,
T London’s calming Darjeeling Bath & Shower wash,
Vinoperfect Radiance Serum,
N.4 Prep & Protect Hair Care,
Cynthia Rowley Beauty’s eyeliner,
Stainiac hint of tint for cheeks and lips (my favourite product overall a dup of the Benefit one)
Oat + Chia mixed berry, did not like it…:(
To be very honest, this box just does not work for me… but if you are looking for a sample beauty box then it might totally works for you…is just that the products that I received are not something I’m very interested in, plus I though you will at least receive a full size product (out of the beauty ones)…
When it comes to beauty boxes I look for something that will surprise me, something that I will have the guaranteed that I would like, for example, I just ordered the Glamour Spring Beauty Edit and for £16.99 free shipping (worth £99!) not only I’m going to get brands that I love like Kiko or Revlon but also full size products plus every month they have a different offer and this month they offer a free Beauty Lab full size! (worth £16) glycol face wash on every order! (I will tell you all about it as soon as it arrives!)
I will anyway recommend you to give it a go and see if you like it, because is extremely easy to unsubscribe and there will be no penalty if you do so.
Any excited plans for the weekend?
Happy Friday Beauties!
